Welcome to shvigo.com (“Shvigo”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing the website or purchasing any itinerary, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. What we sell
Shvigo sells digital travel itineraries — curated step-by-step travel guides delivered as private, online-only access to pages on shvigo.com. Itineraries include day-by-day plans, recommended stays, activities, restaurant picks, money tips, and checklists.
Each itinerary is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no auto-renewals.
2. How access works
- You enter your email and verify it with a one-time code, then complete payment through Razorpay.
- After successful payment, the itinerary is unlocked for your account permanently. You can re-open it at any time by signing in with the same email.
- Itineraries are online only. We do not provide downloadable PDFs. Access requires an internet connection and a modern browser.
- Your access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your account, copying content, or republishing any part of an itinerary is prohibited.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Shvigo does not store any payment card details — Razorpay handles all card, UPI, and netbanking transactions on its PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure.
We may change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the moment of checkout.
4. Refunds
Because itineraries are digital goods that grant immediate access to the full product on purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
5. Accuracy and travel decisions
Our itineraries are personal recommendations based on the author's own travel experience. While we make every effort to keep information accurate, opening hours, prices, tour operators, transit options, visa rules, and safety advisories change frequently. Always confirm critical details (visa, flight, hotel, weather, restrictions) with official sources before you travel.
Shvigo is not a travel agency or booking platform. We do not handle bookings, tickets, accommodation reservations, or visa processing. Any third-party services you book (hotels, tours, transport, restaurants) are between you and that provider.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not share, resell, redistribute, or republish itinerary content.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment, access controls, or sign into another user's account.
- Do not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or download content.
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
We may suspend or revoke access for accounts that violate these rules, without refund.
7. Intellectual property
All content on shvigo.com — including itinerary text, images, design, code, logos, and compilations — is the property of Shvigo or its licensors, and is protected by Indian and international copyright law. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to read and use an itinerary for your own travel planning. No other rights are granted.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Shvigo is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that information is error-free, complete, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shvigo and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including (without limitation) losses related to trip planning, travel bookings, missed activities, currency changes, or third-party providers. Your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
