1. Why refunds are not available
Every Shvigo itinerary is a digital good. The moment your payment succeeds, your account is granted permanent access to the entire content — there is no “trial period,” no shipping, and nothing for us to take back. For this reason, in line with standard industry practice for digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
2. Before you buy
To make sure the itinerary is right for you, please:
- Read the “What you get” section on the sales page.
- Skim the free preview cards (route map, what's inside, sample day).
- Confirm your travel dates, destinations, and traveler profile match the itinerary.

3. Cancellations
Itineraries are one-time purchases — there is nothing to cancel. We do not run subscriptions or recurring billing, so you will never be charged again after the initial purchase.
4. Payment failures and duplicate charges
If you were charged but the page did not unlock, do not worry — your money is safe. This usually means the payment confirmation didn't reach us. Email hello@shvigo.com with the Razorpay payment ID (or a screenshot of the bank/UPI confirmation) and we will either:
- Grant your account access immediately, or
- Refund the duplicate or stuck transaction in full within 5–7 business days.
5. Exceptions
In rare cases where the service is materially defective on our side (for example, the itinerary content was not delivered at all and we cannot fix it), we may issue a refund at our sole discretion. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
6. How refunds are processed (when applicable)
Refunds, when issued under sections 4 or 5 above, are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay. Banks typically take 5–7 business days to credit the amount.
